Scott McConnin Oudkirk[1] (born June 1969[2]) is an American diplomat who is the incumbent chargé d'affaires to NATO. Oudkirk served as deputy ambassador to Turkey under David M. Satterfield and Jeff Flake. He has served as Deputy Chief of Mission at the United States Embassy in Ankara, Turkey, and at the United States Mission to NATO in Brussels.
