you're talking about the placeholder scenes for locations that have no new content right like Alize and Ophelia sitting in the patio. That has nothing to do with the patch. I imagine that to cut some of the size by not loading old images.

old images are still in the folders, so space is still being taken up. it's just done that way to deter pirating, but it still ends up here.
a bunch of scenes where black on my playthrough, nothing from the new content though.

Yeah, old scenes are just disabled from being displayed in the code. Those images are still in the folders. easiest way to see is by going into the game folder and you'll see V8 and V9 along with V10 folder. all images are still there, they just aren't being used in the code.

So we need to replay the actual CH10 build ?
If not the save will be unstable when playing CH 11 using CH 10 beta savefile ?
The bunch of sex scenes added are great and helps to push along the stories of every character.

The save still works. It will work on the official build when it comes out and it will work on CH 11 beta and official in the future too.

I'd have said the bit at the beginning where it forces you to load a save makes it unplayable, so why are only a few images locked out, why package them at all? it's already big, seems badly thought out to pad out the download with stuff that you not only don't need but is specifically barred.
The best approach IMO would be to replace them with a stock image that says something like Beta Placeholder so people know it's not a bug, that it's not a finished release.
This line out of context amuses me to no end.

it implies adoption my guy. no kid adopted as a baby knows they are lol. well, unless told. which is why he tells her here, that she is. I had to keep the suggestion under 50 words, it's a rule. So i have to hope he picks up on that. also, i can't directly imply incest when suggesting it on patreon.
The learns later thing can be multiple ways, but i'll leave it to WWG. You can't go too detailed or you don't leave room for him to get creative.
