Did you take the time to read any of the history of the coding in the first link before making this specious* charge?
Are you aware the all the modders of the game who make the relationship tweaker, the SPH mod, naughty tribute mod, and others... Who have seen and worked with the code for mods have all stated the old code was on the point of falling apart and atrocious?

Well, if you want to, play it, the game is not that long since it's getting remade.
But know that the content is roughly at 10% right now.

You're welcome but don't get your hopes too high. It will take years for the game to get to the same point it was and even longer for real new content.
