This app doesn't have pricing nor options to subscribe. After the 20 min sample, this app becomes worthless. **Update** After doing separate research on the web. This app starts at 15$ USD a month for 120 minutes. It's a shame people with disabilities have to pay such a high price for accessibility. Google transcribe isn't as good, but it's free and works well.

Just recently became deaf due to an illness and a senior. Many times the words don't appear the way I said them and misconstrues other people's words as well. I am newly 100% deaf and it's very hard to communicate with the hearing now. Even with this app. And it needs wifi to work! No wifi, it doesn't work!

Someone has got to create negative stars dor these rating systems. Stay away from this horrendous app... Unless you want to spend several minutes dictating important ideas only to find nothing when you go to look at the transcript. So you head to the Help section, right? And you come across the Help Asub-i, {nothing intelligent here}, and find a standard self-help system. So, no help at all self-help. It does instruct you to activate the autosave option in settings. There isn't one. 🤦

Hi Brin, we're sorry you had some issues with the app. It seems that you already enabled the auto-saved transcripts to your account, and there is no reason you should loose your transcripts. Would you be available to look into this with our support team? Please email us at hello@ava.me so we can assist you! Best, The Ava Team
