| I'm seeing a pattern here. In Mahou Shoujos, when the MC and cast loses, they don't just lose and break a bone or two. They get utterly fucking wrecked and annihilated really damn hard that it feels life is enjoying fucking them over exponentially. |

| Like Mai-Hime, Otome is becoming really fucking good near the end. It isn't as good and suffering as Hime was so far, but if it doesn't fuck up like Hime did... pls don't. Otome's also lacking the top-tier facial expressions Hime had. imo that's a large part of what made Hime so good for me. |

| AICO was worse than I expected, it wasnt a pleasant surprise nor an entertaining trainwreck, just one of the most pointless excursions I've seen in all of anime. There is quite literally nothing in it to warrant a watch other than some nice animation that wastes the efforts of the people making it. Dont watch it, seriously dont even give it a chance its a waste of time. |

| fuck everything im watching now is either bad or mediocre in anime, its probably going to make gundam 00 feel fucking amazing. Even osomatsu season 2 has been almost a total waste and thats a sequel to one of my favorite comedies |

| And I finished Mai-Otome, the main series at least. Man, this series has a habit of not being able to do endings properly. It wasn't as bad an Mai-Hime, but man it was still pretty bad. Maybe if it added 5 episodes extra before the ending it would've been better. Maybe. Otome definitely isn't as good as Hime when you compare them at their finest episodes. Hime already annoyed me with the love triangle for Tate, and Otome made that shit look tame in comparison. Not to mention the implications Otome has along with it. The downsides of it being an adaptation of a Harem Manga. Otome definitely shined when it wasn't focusing on the monkey. Mashiro's characterization is probably my favorite part of the series as a whole, with her slowly realizing how much of a brat she was and how useless she was as a queen. A couple of stand-out episodes in the second half but a lot of episodes were pretty meh. And once again, the final episode sucks. |

| I want to list mahou shoujo major losses. For some reason when they lose they lose really damn hard. Mahou Shoujos have a rough life, apparently. I just noticed the majority of the Mahou Shoujos I've watched have this types of super losses, something that actually doesn't happen too much afaik whether it be Shounen or something else. If I don't count Strike Witches as Mahou Shoujo, then the only ones I've watched without these sufferings are Fate/Kaleid, CCS, PPGZ, LWA, and Houkago no Pleiades. |
