| The best episode of the series so far IMO, absolute perfection. Everything I have been waiting for in the Chimera Ant Arc, I have enjoyed it so far but felt it in no way lived up to the hype. How I was wrong. Peak fiction, Togashi is a certified G. |

| Now that I'm looking at the remaining chapters for the final battle, there's still a long time to get to that point, I'm impressed at how this anime takes so much time to develop its lore, making the scenes more epic and deep. |

| Kite is gone and I'm pretty sure Gon knows it too. Gon's emotions are at it's strongest when it comes to his friends and it shows here, Morel actually being afraid there says it all. |

| This is the first episode that made me cry... omg... I cried seeing Kite's condition... I cried because Gon was the most hurt to see Kite like that... I cried because Kite, who should have died, was resurrected to be used and controlled... I don't know how much pain Kite felt... I don't know if he had a little consciousness or not, but seeing him like that really broke my heart so deeply that I didn't realize I was crying. Gon even almost killed Morel just by imagining Neferpitou. I hope Gon and Killua give Neferpitou the most painful and miserable death!!! The last scene when Killua calms Gon's storm of rage is also heartwarming :") I don't know who will die among these Hunters so I can only hope for the best for their battle... |
