Matthew 7, vs 1. Judge not , is just, a fraction of the issue, there is nowhere in the bible, where we are commanded not to judge, but, we are not to judge if we do the same or worse. But since he is not the man of God, but a diviner then he can accept the gift, but if he was truely the man of God he will not receive a gift from a thief
