Same here , I watched only 3 or four of his videos He's a good guy my experience is only cutting up trash and limbing. Some splitting and stacking. Clearing burnt out forests
Man thanks for the knowledge you bring to the people.. I’ve picked up so many things from your videos and implement them on a regular… thank you for sharing your craft
The Premiere viewing was really fun 😊, would love to do that again 👍🏻 I'm watching he video again and only just realized how cool the climbing footage is. That's a great view, looking up from the ground and only the spurs holding you in the tree. Gotta trust your equipment 👍🏻 Ok, back to the movie ...
Sharpened my 046 mag and cut some hard white oak. Glad I found you couple years ago, all I could do to hold on to the saw pulling in the wood. Love a sharp saw. Keep up the good work. Hammer down😇
Great work! Old school ingenuity coming to play. 👏👏👏I cut down 16 massive hard maple trees a couple months ago and used one of them as a spar/lift pole in the same method with a skid steer to move a 60' long 38" no taper maple log to where a Log truck could get to it and the rest of the logs. This is also my favorite type of tree work!
Hello Billy!!! checking in from central sask ca. watching you and your truck makes me smile :) Iv been using my f350 supercrew as a skidder for a number of years and the more I see how you do things is keeping me sharp as an axe. thanks for all you do and stay blessed friend! much love from shell lake saskatchewan. peace ✌
Great stuff. It's so relaxing with the world where it is today to just sit back and watch you work with positivity and passion friend. PS: After watching you I got my gear together and ripped through my tree project with ease. The wife was impressed and when that happens, well, when is a man happier than that? Be safe and keep up the great content brother!
Buckin. Love the rigging, the knots and the skill of moving logs with ease. I used rigging in my line of work as well. Awesome use of your skills and knowledge. ❤
Always wanted to try that, climbing a tree w those 'spikes', sorry I don't know the name ! Awsome. Great videos and work but most importantly, awsome advice from years of experience ! Great work ! Thank you for teaching people how to work, and work smart !
Stumbled across your channel. Lovin’ your videos and the knowledge you share! I too have had a brush with the grim reaper and I too had a similar renewal of spreading the message of staying humble and staying strong!❤ Keep it up Friend! And I too will share my love.
my grandpa spent a good part of his life pulling loggs n fallen trees all over the west coast.. moving logs with spar trees n jen poles.. he lived 96 years b4 we lost him last January..
Red Sky at night sailor's delight. I can't imagine you where a great student but your history has given you a real gift for geometry and practical uses 😀 Well played sir !
Found a ton of old growth springboard redwood stumps today way down by the creek.... how those fellows got them from there up to the road is a freaking feat! The last time they logged this place in 2008 they high-lined from one side of the creek to the other... perhaps they did the same at the turn of the prior century.... would sure love to know. They left the massive boiler for their steam donkey... it was made by Ames Ironworks, Oswego, NY!!
Buckin, brother I have to say this premier stuff is perty dang rootin tootin cool!! Really like how ya worked that log out to work it up in the clearing better! Bucking, it was me that handed those to you at Bunyan, then went over to give your wife and daughter an arrowhead found in Southern Ohio. Another great year at Bunyan, the place was a mad house. Thanks for testing out my little projects hopefully they'll work for you, if not you can tweak the designs a bit to make up your own that will better suit your needs. ❤

Hello from Germany .......
Peter
The happiness in your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts, staying grounded in your actions is all that matters in the long run dude. 😇
Oh, it's gettin gooder for sure!
Reminds me of when I was pulling logs with an old Allis Chalmers WC
Man you moved today like your back is hurtin . I wish you wellness .
everyday ,, thx for good thoughts im still healing
100 years ago the old timers had those donkey engines, even some of the gyppo loggers had them to move those logs around.
B.R. Your an inspiration to me after i fell 50ft
I think a truck tour and a look over what you haul into the bush with you
These videos are great!
Ok Buckin, I love that intro jam so much, I wanna hear the whole thing. Do you have a recording out there? Thanks for the love!
Love that truck! If I was a rich man id have that thing frame off restored for ya. Never sell it.
This is so awesome!
Great job ❤
This looks fun.
That’s the way to do it work smarter not harder .and yes the world does need love as a whole world does not do it because every body is concerned about them self and what they can get for them self
Peace and love to you, brother. I will be kind. Promise.

Your editing skills are fun.
What a mission lol
Hi, Phil from UK will here can I get one of those good depth gaues you use when filling the chain
Regards phil, great channel by the way
Where can I get
Buckin if you ran a second down low on the tree right behind your truck you would solve the problem with the back of the truck lifting up.
That eco bar oil is the ticket👍👊✌️Wonder if a Can Am mfgr will be smart and consult with Buckin’ on a good file set?
Glad you liked the oil. I spoke with Scott just a couple of days ago and they are going to be adding to the line in the near future. Including cycle oil and a degreaser. They are a first class company. 👍♥️
THE STRANGE FACE IN THE HILL IN THE BACKGROUND THOUGH….
Nice rigging job.
Nice bit of rigging there...much easier on the equipment than just trying to yank it out.
