thread with pics WE really took. can we?

I know, I've posted this in an other thread but, still have no answer so, i'm moving it here.

Can we make a thread with our own pics? I'll explain myself.

for example, could I post pics that I took with my cam of some girls? You know, like during the holidays. I went to some parties and took some good shot of good looking chicks.

Could we do a thread on freeones or, since the mods can't know for sure if the girls are actually over 18 we can't?

You can post pictures you take yourself. Just realize if you start posting pictures of women who didn't give you permission (ie you have a model release for), you can get yourself in a legal bind.

And..... if you post pictures of anyone that we even have to wonder if they're underaged, you'll be banned.

i want a place you can sue people if they post a picture of you on myspace. god i fucking hate that!

Think you can send a DMCA to myspace or facebook if the person won't take the photo down.

Don't think that the picture I took of a girl at the supermarket would end up on her desktop but... That's why I ask before posting that kind of stuff.
