So I know, is there an "alignment" type system with the choices you make, or is it just for the scenes you see? If it said in the beginning, I forgot lol.

Kind of. Some choices affect the "love" (which should tend to show more romantic/less rough scenes) vs "corruption" (which should tend to show less romantic/more rough scenes) choices, but there are a few bugs where having those equal to each other causes both variant scenes to play one after the other (because they're entirely separate "if" blocks, instead of being a single "if/elif/else" block, and the two "if" statements' criteria overlap when the values are equal).
But then in the last scene in the current version, love and corruption points are ignored completely, and the only thing that matters for which version of the scene you see is the choice you made before the scene (peek for rough, don't peek for romantic).

What, that it was intentional that both scenes played when love == corruption? Nah, that would make no sense, and since some of the dialogue at the start and end of each scene are repeated in both scenes (so they can both flow from the previous scene and into the next scene), it makes it blatantly obvious that it's just a bug. For it to behave correctly, the scenes should be in an if/else block, with one of the two being chosen as primary in case they're equal, such as:

dont know if you made an mistake or changed the behavior from kind to asshole...but i dont like the story going from 0-100 in a heartbeat....and if it´s right that good and bad get mixed if your half half then it´s broken in my opinion....so im out till i know there is a change in the behavior department....and maybe a sort of checkpoint to see where my points are

If you mean the final scene, it ignores all your point choices. The only thing that matters whether you get the rough scene or the less-rough scene is whether you peek on her or not. Peek = rough.
