Should we add a FreeOnes Team Member rating system?

We are thinking about adding this feature where you can rate the performance of FreeOnes team members.

I personally think this would be an interesting feature but was wondering what you guys think. It might be a good idea to, say, get Regina to start wearing pants at work, or prevent Anders from using your gloves to masturbate.

What are we ranking? Sex appeal? Job performance? Ability to annoy others? Depending on which category we're ranking, I vote for boldy, Regina, and Ronald, respectively.

Voting/ rating the mods essentially?

I don't think it's necessary.
I trust the owner of this site to pick who they feel will do a good job, and I trust them to get rid of these people if they suck at their job.
I've moderated forums several times in my life, and I think a rating/ review of staff members could just lead to obnoxious people trying to get them fired over nothing, or leaving pissy ratings. I don't see why the rep feature isn't enough.

Read the thread title again, honey. You might find that out says Freeones TEAM MEMBER rating system, not Freeones Moderator rating system. :hatsoff:

I was trying to clarify because I didn't know what they meant by "team member". No reason to be pissy with me over nothing.

If someone would like to explain to me the difference between a team member and a moderator, that would be appreciated, since I fail to see how it is somehow against common sense that I don't already know.
